Refunds and Returns Policy

Overview

Elegantly Devious operates as an online marketplace that connects independent sellers and buyers. Unless otherwise stated, items are sold directly by the third-party sellers. We facilitate payment and dispute resolution; we are not the seller of the listed items.

Please note: Due to the nature of the products sold on our platform, all sales are final and refunds or returns are only considered in very limited, verified circumstances.

Eligibility for return

All purchases are final and non-returnable. Due to the intimate and personal nature of the products sold on our platform, returns are not accepted for hygiene, health and safety reasons. This policy protects both buyers and sellers from contamination and misuse.

Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund only if you have not received your order. In the event that you received the wrong order or the wrong item, the Seller will be given the opportunity to send you the correct item, unless both parties agree to a refund.

Verification & Disputes

All return requests are subject to strict verification.

Returns are only considered in the rare event that an item was delivered to an incorrect recipient by mistake, and only if the unintended recipient voluntarily agrees to return the item in an unaltered condition.

Due to hygiene, safety, and resale considerations, most items sold on Elegantly Devious cannot be returned in a saleable condition. As such, returns will generally on be viable for select non-intimate items (for example, footware), and only at the sole discretion of Elegantly Devious following verification.

If an investigation confirms that the item was delivered correctly, or if the item has been used. altered, damaged, or substituted, the return request will be denied and no refund will be issued. any attempt to misuse the return process may result in your account being suspended.

Claims/Returns Process

Delivery errors must be reported to us as soon as reasonably possible within 24 hours from retrieving the package from the PUDO locker.
In 3 Steps:
1. Contact our customer service team with the required timeframe.
2. Provide your photo proof of parcel received and a description of the delivery error (i.e wrong item, no item).
3. Where applicable we will guide you through the refund process and/or provide a return shipping label if necessary.

Refund Timing & payment

Refunds are exceptional and are only considered in accordance with this policy.

Where a refund is approved due to non-delivery, held funds will be returned back to the buyer via the original payment method once the claim has been verified and resolved

Where a refund is approved following a return (in rare and elegivle cases), all funds will remain securely held until the returned item has been successfully received and verified. Only once verification is complete will the held funds be released.

Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after verification has been completed.

Elegantly Devious reserves the right to delay or withhold funds where an investigtion is ongoing, incomplete or where verification requirements have not been met with in reasonable time, as determined by Elegantly Devious.

Shipping Returns

In the event that an item was accidentally sent to the wrong recipient, you can contact us and we will do our best to organise for a return. Please note that we can not guarantee a return. Should a return be possible all reasonable return shipping costs will be covered by the Seller.
