Bank Account Confirmation Letter

We are thrilled to have you on board as a valued member of our community.  To assist you, we have provided step-by-step instructions on how to download a bank account confirmation letter from the major South African banks below:

Nedbank

  • Open the Nedbank app and log in.
  • Select the account you need to confirmation letter for.
  • Click on the 'More' option.
  • Select 'Proof of Banking' and follow the prompts to download or email the letter.

Standard Bank

  • Open the Standard bank app and log in.
  • Select your account from the dashboard.
  • Click on 'Manage'.
  • Select 'Proof of Account' and choose the format to download or email the letter.

FNB

  • Open the FNB app and log in.
  • Go to the 'Accounts' tab.
  • Select the relevant account.
  • Click on 'Account Information' and choose "Proof of Account' to download or send the letter.

ABSA

  • Open the ABSA app and log in.
  • Select the account for which you need the letter.
  • Click on 'Account Information'.
  • Choose 'Proof of Banking' to download or email the confirmation letter.

Capitec

  • Open the Capitec app and log in.
  • Tap on your account and select 'Account Details".
  • Choose "Send account confirmation'.
  • Follow the prompts to email the confirmation letter to yourself.
